Cashew Mint Tzatziki

Traditional tzatziki uses greek yogurt as the base, but this plant-based version uses our luxurious Lemon Drop cashew cream sauce. The addition of refreshing cucumber and mint makes this the perfect sauce for your summer. Mint leaves help to aid in digestion while cucumber hydrates your body. This tzatziki is packed with protein and is high in vitamins & minerals. Add it to your favorite sandwich, dip veggies in it, or pair it with our dolma recipe for the most wonderful flavor combination.

Ingredients:

1 cup Lemon Drop cashew cream sauce

1 cup grated cucumber

2 tbsp minced mint

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp lemon juice

Method:

1. Grate the cucumber then strain and press out the excess juice.

2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.

4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes: Add more hot sauce to get your desired heat level.
